CONFUSED: Why does my team SUCK? And how to fix it???

Our league: A VERY competitive non-keeper, 12-team, H2H, mixed 7x7 scoring league (BB, K's for Batters and HRs allowed, holds for P). I'm in 4rd Place and falling fast. I was in first when Sexson went on the DL. I haven't recovered.

I really don't know what to do with this team. Any suggestions would help.
