Hinske and Moyer for Zito?

I am thinking of trading Hinske and Moyer for Zito. I have Nevin on the DL and I would have to pick up someone like Perry for the time between now and when Nevin gets back. Do you think this is a good trade and worh the risk?

Hi Jon! I like the deal; Perry or comparable free agents should be able to hold down the fort reasonably well until Nevin's return. I've never been very high on Moyer, though, so my opinion might be a bit slanted there. Still, looks like the reward beats the risk.

I'd do the deal in a second. I too have never been a big Moyer fan so take it with a grain of salt. Hinske has been outstanding as a rookie but you wonder if he'll cool off. Last three weeks he's been cool but true of Blue Jays generally. Keeper value may be consideration but if not go for it.
