I thinking about just keeping this notice on the table until Jr. gets hurt again and sticking the other guy with the injured Jr......just kidding

That's a tough call, because either way, Griffey and his hamstrings will make or break this deal. I'd probably tell the other team you're considering it, and watch Griffey over the next few days. Go with your instinct here if you can't delay a decision - if you're leaning against it, then decline without looking back.
