I there is a classifieds forum, but I wanted to get the word out on this mid season league.

Stat Categories: R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OPS, W, SV, K, ERA, WHIP, K/9

overlap??? Its a standard 5x5 plus OPS which includes OBP (not represented by any other hitting category).

And K/9 was a mistake its supposed to be K/BB...thanks for pointing that out.

let's see....

OPS and average are highly corrolated.
HRs are a major major major contributor to OPS.

setups like these are ones that basically allow you to ignore SB, especially if others focus on them... just get a lineup full of long-ball hitters and you're going to win 3 categories and finish very high in two others.

and as far as pitching goes, why have both K and K/9? stick with one and use it. you'd be much better off with holds as your extra category...

I didn't mean to upset you, btw... badly overlapping categories are a pet peeve of mine.
