i picked him up cuz he looked like he was on a hot streak and my 3b position was bleak when d. young went down... the man has surpassed all expectations.

he is leading my team in runs, rbis, and batting average...
this is over studs like luis gonz, bonds, and thome.

(oh, and he throws in 8 hrs and 5 sbs as a bonus.)

Well he broke out last year, and your lucky no one drafted him. He got taken 11th round in my league, so hes not coming out of the blue, just not a big name.
