Unfortunately, my roster spots are too valuable. Vidro's out. I've shown more than enough patience. That said, I'm still watching him every day for signs of life. There is little or no chance that anybody else will pick him up right now. Especially someone who hasn't stared at his name next to my 2B slot every single day like I have looking for any sign that he is worth a fantasy roster spot.
I won't hesitate to get him if things pick up, but for now, there's better ways to use my bench.
Blessed are the cheesemakers.

I'm holding on to him because the WW ain't too great and I don't want my 8th round pick bieng picked up by someone else 2 days before he goes on a hot streak.
Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!

They have to keep him with the expos in order to give some incentive to the future buyers. If they give up on their star players, you diminish the value of the team.

Sadly, they said the same thing about Vazques last year. I remmember a quote from the GM or whatever last year saying "There is no way we will ever let go of our star pitcher Javier Vazques, no matter what the offer." 2 months later, "Look, hes wearing pinstripes!"

But Vazquez was unhappy in montreal, unlike vidro, who's more than happy to stay with that team when it moves.
