Your hitting looks decent for such a deep league; you'll have to hope that Piazza, Bagwell and especially Walker hold up. I'd also look for backups at 2b (Blalock might turn out to be the answer here) and ss. Lofton is probably expendable - with Roberts there to give you steals when needed, you won't miss Lofton.
Pitching is another matter. If your league has a high innings pitched or, even worse, starts requirement, you're in trouble and will need to make some solid free agent acquisitions. If, on the other hand, there's no such minimum, you might be able to throw your competition a curveball by not using any sp's. By starting just Villafuerte, German and (hopefully) Acevedo, you could wind up taking every pitching category except wins against an average opponent. Of course, if you do go this route, finding another closer and probably another top-notch middle reliever would be necessary, but that might not be that difficult if the other teams don't know what your strategy is...
