Fullmer is a big disappointment, and might start to lose PT in a platoon. I would not drop for Ward or Davanon, but understand the frustration with Fullmer.

why wouldn't you drop for them?

Ward is having a career week. He's never been able to hold a regular job, and I just don't think he suddenly got good. Could be an okay spare part pickup while he's stroking, and fluke seasons happen every now and again...but the rule is that average players end up returning to their norm. And the norm for Ward is a part timer with no speed, and he can't catch a cold defensively, which can impact his PT.

DaVanon is also a part timer who is playing only due to injury. I don't see this as a season long thing, as I'm convinced the Halos will trade for a 3B and that DaVanon will return to his careeer long status. Again, maybe this is his year...but the guy is 30 years old, has little power (aside from that memorable one week explosion last season where he turned into Barry Bonds), and aside from some decent speed, just doesn't project as anything other than very ordinary.

Fullmer might be a flop this year, but the guy is too good not to break out at some point.
