I just read in SPortingNews that Posada is sitting today. No injury, just a regular day off.
Anyone who might have picked up a back up catcher last week when Posada broke his nose might want to insert your back up if you need the offense (I picked up Estrada and never got around to dropping him, so he's starting for me today).
Good luck.

Regular day off? He had like 4 days off when he broke his nose!

You'd think Torre would be smart and start Posada at DH since he IS the Yankees best hitter (so far).

The New York Daily News reported that Torre said he started 4 days in a row and wanted to give him a day off.

AL teams tend not to like to start catechers in the DH spot if they only carry two catchers on the roster -- if the starting catcher goes down and the DH one has to go behind the playe the team loses the DH for the remainder of the game and pitchers/pinch hitters have to hit.
Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll drown because you forgot to teach him to swim.
