Contreras went 1-2 with a 9.47 ERA in five starts before being sent to the minors, where he worked with Billy Connors, the organization's pitching guru. Contreras worked on his mechanics and his aggressiveness for a few days in Tampa, then made two starts for Triple-A Columbus, throwing seven innings in each, both wins. By Mark Feinsand / MLB.com
Agree. I've got him in a league or two (call me crazy), but I'm sure as heck not starting him tonight. He'll probably get some work against the devil rays or something
Actually, there is a small pact of sports reporters in the DFW area who refuse to refer to it as Ameriquest Field, so I am doing the same...until I can remember that damn name anyway.

It will always be the Ballpark in Arlington to me.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

Crazy as a fox.
Haha, you're crazier than I am. I traded him anyways, but he wouldn't have been in my starting lineup today if I owned him. Good call though, but be careful with him....starting him is like betting on either red or black in roulette.
