How to improve this team..

I know I need help in a bad way. My SP is solid, but not winning & I could use another stud. My IF is solid, but would like a better 1B. OF, I struggle, but am riding Holliday for home games at Coors & Lawton while he's still hot. Hatteberg will be the first to go after tomorrow.
