Looks like Wagner and Gagne so far this year.

hmmmm... I think the first number on that list that I trust is Rob Dibble and the second is Eric Gagne... I think the others are either benefitinf from hometown "cooking" or ST radar guns.
Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll drown because you forgot to teach him to swim.

Possibly the Mets were fudging it but I don't doubt Benitez hitting 100 MPH from time to time. When his fastball is on it's an absolute rocket.

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

Sheets has hit 98/99 a bunch of times this year, don't know if he's had one hit 100 though. Found at article that mentions him hitting 100 but it seems less than the best source. I know hits 99 a bunch of times though.

This of course is the reason Sheets is for real, since his curve is his best pitch, not the fastball and his location is spot on this year, 9 BB's on the year(3 of which were opening day).

I remember when Billy Koch was still good he could hit 100 MPH. Its not really too great for a guy to be throwing that hard all the time though.

AJ Burnett can eek out a 100 mph fastball (he's coming back hopefully before the all star break)

Wagner hit 101 at Yankee Stadium last year. Hometown cooking?

Here's one for Ripley's Believe it or Not ... Matt Anderson, the former Tiger closer, hit 100 fairly commonly a couple years ago. Then he had surgery. It now tops out in the low 90s.

Don't know if anybody else saw this:

I saw a long ESPN story on sportcenter about a minor leaguer that the Angels signed that could hit 112 mph (I am NOT joking here), they signed him at the age of 18 to a minor league deal but he kept getting drunk and fooling around with the coaches daughter or something and was thrown off the team, don't knopw what happened to him afterwards. I remmember the story came on about 5 months ago.

Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!
