He has been terrible this season and a closer controversy might be afoot with Kline pitching a good 9th tonight. (I've posted this comment like 3 times now.lol.)
Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!

No, he was actually warming up in the bullpen when Kline started the inning.
I think its partly because he blew it yesterday, partly because the three batters were leftie, switch and leftie, and partly because Floyd's career numbers against Kline suck.

There's no closer controversy. Kline isn't a closer as last year showed.
The Cards think the world of Izzy. He's as solid in his closer spot as anyone in baseball.
