Minor League Sleepers?

Minor league sleepers for the future:

Joey Gathright OF D-rays (Depends if the D'rays decide to deal Crawford or Baldelli for a pitcher whether he'll produce for them or someone else). How the D'rays deal with him will determine if he's another Jason Tyner or another Juan Pierre.

Jason Kubel OF Twins (Tearing up AA; since the Twins big club is loaded with OF and Mike Ryan/Restovich in the minors waiting as well; should pray for a deal). Restovich and either of Mike Ryan/Jacque should should be dealt and Cuddyer should be experimented at 2B if they plan to keep Koskie beyond '04.

Dan Johnson 1B Oak (Hopefully Karros/Hatteburg experiment ends in '04; Johnson could outhit either right now. Graham Koonce 1B is also in their system and is older, so he could be next in line). Johnson is the best of the bunch -- whether Oakland's smart enough to realize it is anyone's guess.

Yeah, Gathright is one to watch. He has big time speed, and is acttually hitting well this year. Only 5 SB's in 9 attempts though, and he's K'ing a lot.

Another one to watch for SB's is Willy Taveras. 29 SB's and only 4 CS's to go along with a .355 BA in 40 games. Second place for SB's in the Texas League has only 13. Too bad there's no room on Houston's roster for him.

Isn't Zack Greinke being called up by the Royals very soon?

By the way, does anyone know how long it takes EXACTLY until yahoo adds players to their system? Is it the day after they are called up, the day after they make their first appearance? Five days after?
