Or almost as if he NEEDED offseason surgery. I think he needs an arm transplant. Maybe Rick Ankiel could be the donor........he's got the physicality to pitch well, and Nomo has the experience. Together, they'd be unstoppable!

Evility Abound.
The dodgers did to nomo what the sox are doing to kim.
they chopped at their arms in the off-season and rushed them back to the big leagues. No velocity -> poor performances. batters just arn't getting fooled. nomo probably needs about a month of arm strengthening and flexibilty therapy.
