I realize I'm overloaded with a lot of mediocre pitchers, so I'm trying to work out some kind of 2 for 1 or even 3 for 1 deal so I can dump some mediocre starters and a reliever for another frontline starter like Mussina.

Any other ideas for me?

Not really - you've already pointed out your main weakness. If you have daily lineup changes, adding another closer might also be a good idea. You might also find yourself wanting to upgrade Phelps, but it's probably best to take a wait-and-see approach there.
