May 19 Brewers prospect Ben Hendrickson (P) MLW came out of his start for Triple-A Indianapolis after just two innings on Tuesday because he's being promoted to Milwaukee to start Saturday's game, according to the Milwaukee Jounrnal-Sentinel. Hendrickson was 3-2 with a 2.25 ERA in eight starts for Indianapolis.

heard he is a pretty big prospect in brewer land...

Rated as the third best pitching prospect in Milwaukee's minor league system. Has moved nicely through the system, with good numbers at each stop. Out pitch is his curveball, which is apparently a nasty 12-to-6 hool that can freeze righty hitters. Fastball is okay (89-91 as a rule), also throws a cutter. Had an elbow problem last year, but recovered with no problem and looked very good in Arizona fall ball.

He's not going to be a big K guy at the big league level, and could be a WHIP risk. I really don't see his ceiling as anything more than a middle of the rotation type, so would not be apt to clear a roster spot for him.
