Schmidt's arm.

Postby Pokeyouindaeye » Tue May 18, 2004 10:31 pm

Is his arm going to fall off? 133 pitches through 8...and with Herges being the BS master...will he finish it off?
Yes, I was, uh... I was thinking about ordering the tape, the videotape... about the college girls and the... the wild... the wildness. They're going wild or something? Somebody told me... about going wild.

God, I was watching that to. I'm torn between the CGSO or him being able to pitch again. I'd rather him shut it down now and take the chance with the pen. :-o

Looks like Felipe wants to pitch Schmidt like the old coach/tonight's opponent's coach...Dusty. B-)
It's like I've died and gone to heaven......but then they realized that it wasn't my time, so they sent me to a brewery.

Try trading him if you can...sure it's just one outing, but it might be foretelling what Alou plans on doing with his starters, with Herges being the BSO. Plus, Schmidt has been on rocky ground all year with his injury recovery.

The problem with schmidt is that he's actually been pretty good over his last 3-4 starts...

Does anyone see the irony in him coming out for the 9th after already throwing 133 pitches through 8 in Chicago?? Dusty must be proud. :-D

The other problem is that he is an absolute stud. The early injury is the big reason he isn't up there right now in the Cy Young talk.
