*PANIC* Mix 15 teams 5x5 10 keepers league draft: 1st pick?

I have these keepers from last year and the first pick tonight and can't settle on a clear cut first pick.

Carlos Delgado 1B
Phil Nevin 3B
Adam Dunn LF
Vernon Wells CF
Mark Teixeira 1B
David Eckstein SS
Mike Williams RP
Kelvim Escobar RP
Josh Beckett SP
Bartolo Colon SP

I'll drop Nevin but have to take a player that was on my roster last year before draft starts, players I had last year (stockpiled on prospects at end of season):

Ankiel, Rick
Fetters, Mike
Lieberthal, Mike
Miller, Damian
Reed, Rick
Uribe, Juan
Vizcaino, Luis
Radke
burnitz
Byrd, Paul
Mohr, Dustan
Acevedo, Juan
Crawford, Carl
Harang, Aaron
Vizcaino, Jose
Borchard, Joe
Crede, Joe
Lackey, John
Baldelli, Rocco
German, Franklyn
Overbay, Lyle

I'm leaning towards keeping Crede or Crawford and taking with my 1st pick in the draft Kevin Brown, Jermaine Dye or Randy Winn.

Whaddya all think? I need replies badly! ;-) Thanks!

Agreed - Brown is a great pick, and so is Crede. You might want to consider Lieberthal instead, though, if catching is looking thin.

Thanks for replies guys. That's what I had in mind also (Crede and Brown). But I guess I was being chicken about KB. Hope he stays fit for a year!

Keep Crede.

Can't tell you who to draft cuz you haven't given us any options other than Brown.

Your keepers are, well, weak. Delgado and Colon are your best players. Where's your superstud?! If you're not in like a 20 team league, you're in pretty bad shape.

(sorry to be the bearer of bad news)

Get Crede - draft Dye.

I kept Crede, drafted Brown and I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that he doesn't get hurt again.

Last year I finished dead last (15 teams) so I went with a youth movement and traded Thome and Juan Gone away for Beckett and Dunn. Delgado I got against Randy Johnson 2 years ago (thought he'd be finished by now, arghhh...).
