Expos' Everett activated from disabled list

San Juan, Puerto Rico (Sports Network) - Montreal Expos outfielder Carl Everett was activated from the 15-day disabled list on Tuesday.

Everett missed 30 games with an injured shoulder and the club went 11-19 in his absence.

The 32-year-old Everett batted .400 with a double and three runs batted in during a five-game rehab stint with Brevard County of the Single-A Florida State League.

In eight contests for the Expos this season, Everett is hitting .233 with one homer and two RBI.
