lofunzo... i think you can probably achieve your desired goal of dropping weight by cutting down on carbohydrates in your diet, drinking lots of water and doing some jogging or biking...

short round... just a question here, and i'm only asking because it's rumored that you're pretty young... but how old are you? i think this should factor into your decision of using any kind of supplements... you don't want to cause any potential harm to your body because it has not fully matured... i didn't grow into my own until i was 20-22, and i never used any kind of supplements until i was around 23... i played baseball in college and never used anything until i was done playing and did just fine while i was playing... just a tip, if you want to add some zip on your fastball, work on strengthening your legs and work on your upper body flexibility... and most of all, make sure your mechanics are sound...

as far as wondering whether your met-rx is still good, there should be a customer support number or website somewhere on the packaging... call or e-mail them and ask if their products carry an expiration date...

good luck

Does it help if you work out with lighter weights, like you can bench up to 110 pounds, but can only do 7 reps at a time, would it be better if you worked out with lighter weights like 75 instead and did about 30 reps, would that make you get stronger if you kept on doing that, or would it not help you at all, and do like 20 curls with the same amount of weight.

I suggest getting on a running regime, power pitching is all legs.

Max weight and as many reps as possible for the biggest strength increase.

Lighter weight with more reps for better musculature and stamina.

Squats, leg lifts, and leg raises. Running lines is good for building muscle in your legs as well.

Ok, would running 3 miles on the track help build muscle to?
