Yeah, I think i'l hit the gym, but i'l stick with the met-rx, it was nasty, but the next day i mixed it with milk instead like you said you did, and it tasted allright, it's to bad everytime I gain weight, it allways go's to my stomach, in not to my arms lol.
Cool topic. What supplement would anyone recommend for someone who is going to go to the gym for the first time in years and has around 30 pounds to lose?? Underneath this winter coat is some muscle but I am mainly concerned with losing the weight first and then worrying about bulking up with muscle.

Supplement? I'd just jog or play a sport that requires you to sweat (basketball, tennis, racquet ball, soccer).
