Is he worth stashing on a minor league roster or on a team in a really deep league? How does he compare to Brandon Claussen?

I'd prefer Claussen, but I dunno if I'd want either with both playing in hitter friendly environments.
1.Roger>Randy this year; 2.New Yankee SP's = BUST! (again); 3. Bernie will cover the least amount of ground of any CF in baseball for 4th straight yr.; 4. Yanks = stuck with Giambi's contract; 5. Loaiza > any SP signed in offseason by Yankees.

Well, as of right now, i have Claussen on my roster. I'm in a 20-team 25 players per team Dynasty league(we keep entire roster). I was just wondering if Tsao would be a good SP prospect to take a chance on. I would only be dropping Justin Huisman for him. I picked up Huisman thinking i might get a few saves out of him but that is looking less and less likely....

i am of the opinion that no starter making half of his starts in coors is worth keeping. from time to time someone might have a good half season or even a decent full season but in a keeper league i would put my hopes elsewhere.

As far as I'm concerned there is no such thing as a top pitching prospect as long as they play for Colorado. His best chance is to be traded. I like Claussen better and think he should easily be at least an above average pitcher.
