I see him was what he is. AN SP who´s pitching at his best to get a crack at rotation spot. We all know his stuff isnt great wich makes longterm success almost impossible. i see him as a great short term pick up. Maybe he pitches great for 3 weeks depending on the opponent. A great spot start for Thursday and could become a sell high candidate fast.

I've actually heard that he has one of the best sliders in baseball. When it's on, it's virtually unhittable.

He has pretty good stuff. It's the mental aspect that gets Rodrigo down, plus the fact that he always pitches too many innings in winter ball and therefore tires himself out during the season.

Yuds is right. Rodrigo is known to tire himself out during winter ball. His slider can be pretty good, which it has been so far. SO we will see.
