i dunno why Lugo is being ranked so low... this year hes potentially a legitimate 20-20 SS and you obvisouly dont find too many of those. hes ideally gonna be hitting 2nd between Crawford and Huff which gives him some pretty good opportunities for both R and RBI's. Berroa i think may do good in the future but this year prolly will be his learning period. also if Beltrans traded (which seems very likely considering the Royals are virtually out of the playoff race barring something really bizzare) it kills most of his protection....
