Chipper rests: Manager Bobby Cox held Chipper Jones out of the starting lineup Sunday, giving his slugging outfielder a day of rest.
"His legs are still bothering him," Cox said.
Jones came off the disabled list May 8, but is only 4-for-24 since returning and has complained that he doesn't feel comfortable at the plate.
"I'm a half second slow on the fastball and a half second fast on the off-speed stuff," he said.
With Jones resting, DeWayne Wise started in his place and hit in the leadoff spot for the seventh time this year. Catcher Johnny Estrada, who had five hits Saturday night, moved into the cleanup spot normally occupied by Jones.
