Here's my team in a traditional 5x5 Roto league:

O. Vizquel - SS
R. Klesko - OF (1B)
P. Wilson - OF
J. Dye - OF
D. Erstad - U (OF) -- Trade pending for V. Wells
J. Edmonds - Bench (OF)
S. Stewart - B (OF)
J. Crede - B (3B)
S. Spezio B (1B/3B) -- Will drop if I get J. Beckett off waivers

R. Oswalt - SP
D. Lowe - SP
B-Y. Kim - SP/RP
G. Maddux - SP
W. Miller - SP
B. Wagner - RP
A. Embree - RP
B. Tomko - Bench (SP)

O.K. My SS is weak. Hopefully his legs won't fall off and he can still steal a few bags. Wanted to get a little more pop, so trying to trade Erstad for Wells. Still a little concerned about the OF. I think Dye might come back strong this year. Edmonds will get plugged in regularly when he's healthy, too. I'm thinking also of shopping Maddux or Lowe for another fireballer. Would anyone offer Maddux for Millwood even up? Contemplating that one. Also, wondering if I should use a bench spot for another catcher in case Johnson still sucks in Colorado (I don't think his .215 avg. last year was the result of lots of fly balls to the warning track!!). More ideas?

Assuming 12-teams

You're headed in the right direction. You need another K guy other than oswalt, though i think hes the #3 pitcher this year, expect 21 wins 200+Ks.

Trade D.Lowe now while he has upside. He's wont be anywhere near his #s last year. This coming from a sox fan (love the embree slot. he'll be the closer by May).

Hitting needs work. Edmonds instead of Dye when he gets healthy will help, but you need some more depth on your infield left side. Omar is aweful, cut your losses ASAP or you'll be frustrated all year. Yes, this is coming from post-tramatic omar experience
