I think you got confused between otsuka and takatsu. Takatsu's the reliever from white sox and otsuka's the reliever from the Padres, but yea, actually I had my eye on Takatsu also.

Ahh, yeah, sorry. Both of them are good options, but yeah I meant Takatsu.

As a Sox fan I can say that Takatsu is FUN to watch pitch. I mean this guy can't throw above 88 or so usually but he makes hitters look silly up there. They wait back on his 67mph change and just pop it up all day long.
That said I don't think he is line for the closer job anytime soon and he doesn't get many appearances probably because Ozzie is afraid to overexpose the league to his change.

Chris Reitsma gets a lot of holds, and Scott Williamson has great numbers.
