Thomson will end the season better than his stats right now, when Atl gets healthy he'll start to get wins and their defense will improve which will help his era/whip. Moving from a hitters park to a pitchers park shoudl do wonders for him.

Would you drop Thomson for:

Woody Williams
Odalis Perez
Kenny Rogers
Ted Lilly
Horacio Ramirez
Cris Carpenter

I have no confidence in him right now. He's just warming my bench all the time.

First off, I'd drop Acevedo before I dropped Thomson.

Secondly, I'd drop Acevedo for Odalis or HoRam.

The kid (HoRam) is pitching lights out, ridiculous bad luck and poor run support has left him with a 1-3 record and a 2.25 ERA. Al Leiter is in a similar situation with his 1-2 record and 2.52 ERA. He shut down the "hot" Brewers line-up last night pitching 8 scoreless innings.
