the most dominate pitcher has to be Pedro look at the winning percentage and the ERA+. Since Pedro entered the league in 1992 his numbers destroy Clemens'.

There is one thing missing here. Pedro has yet to enter his decline phase of his career. Once he does enter this phase of his career, his traditional numbers and his saber-numbers will decline.
