heads up on starting Derek Lowe tomorrow

over the past 3 seasons, he has a 7.88 ERA and hitters have a .356 avg. when he pitches at Skydome...the hard turf at Toronto is not kind to ground ball pitchers like Lowe. It might be in your best interest to bench him for tomorrow's game.

good call... although this season I am probably going to sit him until he shows me that he shouldn't be benched.

I had Lowe on my squad in '02 when he piched the no-hitter but haven't looked back since. I always prefer NL pichers and Lowe doesn't get enough strikeouts for me.
