6 earned runs in 1.1 innings pitched. That's an ERA around 50 for the day. Makes me feel good to see the people that were on my do-not draft list do so horribly.

why would anyone want him? He's been garbage this year. If I had him (which I don't because I stayed far away) I would cut him for sure by now if not earlier.

His velocity topped out at 86mph today. His control was highly suspect though.

lol tru traded for him cheap by giving up Affeldt in the preseason when there were all sorts of reports about him losing his velocity and Affeldt was being hailed as the next Prior. i guess trades arent always supposed to makes both the teams better.
btw- ive had him on the bench for most of his starts so im that unhappy but i think he'll turn it around as soon as he gets up to 90. in a lot of his earlier starts he was throwing 80-81 fastballs and breaking balls in the higher 60's and still to an extent getting away with it. that along with his slowly increasing velocity is pretty much the only thing ive based my hopes on. gonna keep my fingers crossed

Manny Ramirez....$20 million
Pedro Martinez....$17.5 million
Curt Schilling...$12 million (and a $2 million bonus)
Never hearing a Yankee fan chant 1918 again...priceless.
