Anyone esle having a problem...I put the disk in & within 15 mins I get...an error saying...There is a problem with your disk it may be dirty or damaged.

This a brand new disk....the 2nd one I exchanged!!!

I think my X-box could be shot although every other game plays fine.

Think I can go buy & new X-box & just return it with my old system in it????

I believe retail stores scan the serial number on the X-Box itself, and have it on record. So the serial numbers would have to match.

Nope. The serial numbers are recorded before the system leaves the store.

Sounds to me like it's a production problem with the game. Possibly just a bad batch. Can you see any scratches or anything on it? I'd return it again and get another copy. If your other games work just fine, then it's not the system. I have an X-Box as well, and I know it's pretty picky about playing DVD's. The smallest scratch will lock it up most of the time.
