Jerome Williams is going to be a solid #2 for years to come, and is already pretty good.

Woody Williams is a gigantic health risk, but is clearly the proven vet and will likely get plenty of wins the rest of the way if he avoids another injury.

You can have Lackey. I know he's been sharp lately, but when he's off he's terrible and looms as a mid 4 ERA type.

I think Woody is the guy I'd grab for now and cross your fingers the flipper holds up.

ack not woody!

Check this out on his splits from last year:

Pre All Star:

3.01 ERA 1.06 WHIP 12 Wins

Post All Star:

5.23 ERA 1.53 WHIP 6 Wins

If you look at his entire career he has NEVER had a full season that was any good. His latest start was against a struggling ATL lineup. I said it before and I'll say it again, you couldn't pay me to touch that woody. I'd give him another start before considering getting him.

I like Jerome. ;-D

I like Zach Day. Won't get many wins or ks but he should give you a good ERA and WHIP. I wouldn't start him against powerhouse offenses like STL or HOU, but he's a terrific start against teams with average-below average offenses, especially at home.

depends.
for good overall numbers I'd go JWill.
I think woody is probably nearing the end of his career :(

Lackey might not give you the best ratios but with that offence should give you wins.

I'd take Jwill, but if I really needed wins I'd take Lackey.
