Pedro Martinez....$17.5 million
Curt Schilling...$12 million (and a $2 million bonus)

Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
Let's see, I've got Zito and Zambrano already, Zink would fit right in ...

I accidentally stumbled upon this, and figured i'd bump it for all the new folks.

Well that is how i found this article; i was doing a cafe search for any analysis of Zink, and i stumbled upon this article.
On a side note i am rooting for Zink tonight. He turns 29 at the end of the month, was an undrafted free agent, spent time in an independent league, and has been basically been the guy used to train Wakefield's catchers since 2002. Hoyt Wilhelm turned 30 during his rookie year, so i guess there is hope, but i am not holding my breath. I would not be shocked that if Zink is good while for the next couple of weeks, he stays and Buchholz goes to triple a when Wakefield returns.
