Nathan walks a lot of guys but I think he will be more successful. The Twins always compete for the division title and the Rangers seem like they are due for that bubble to burst. I'm not impressed with their triple-A rotation.

Cordero easily. Texas closers always get save opportunities. Urbina last year is a perfect example, he led the AL in saves when the Rangers traded him away. Cordero is just plain nasty on the mound and after tonight he is 11-for-11 in save opps. He's got absolutely no competition for the job, the Rangers have said repeatedly that the ball is his. Cordero is the easy choice here. :-)

Cordero is the better player but Nathan is not far behind.

Remember Nathan tanked in the second half last year.

I'd also take Cordero. Nathan's giving Twins fans heart attacks this year, while Cordero has control problems every now and then, but is dominant most of the time.

Cordero by far, for reasons mentioned earlier.
