I am watching the White Sox game, and I just saw Tejada get helped off the field. The ball was being thrown to him from the outfield, and it looked like he either landed funny on his ankle, or twisted his knee in some way. I seem to remember him holding his knee as he left the field, and he could not put pressure on his leg. It was very difficult to tell from the play, and it didnt look like anything happened, but obviously something did. He did look like he was in pain, and it is never a good sign when a player has to be carried off the field in the middle of an inning. Hope he is ok, hate to see anything happen to another caliber player like him. Im sure there will be an update soon, just thought I would give the heads up.

Oh shit...I just acquired him for Giles...I hope he's okay, or I'm going to scream bloody murder at the commish that circumstances have changed and that I should be allowed to cancel.

i just walked in the door in time to hear buck martinez saying that tejada was taken off the field b/c of an injury they could only speculate on......hopefully just shaken up.... :-o

tmoney noted that there was nothing distinct that appeared to happen, which usually makes me MORE nervous for some reason....this will cripple many fantasy lineups.

Damn, I sure hope this isn't serious, I'm not sure I could even pick up a decent replacement for him. I sure hope he doesn't have to miss much time, if any at all. :-/

Hey Warrick95, ya know what, if you just traded for him, too [edit-childish language] bad. That's just bad luck. But don't use the commish or anybody else to cancel a trade due to the fact, that a stroke of bad luck befell you. Canceling a trade should be used in rare instances when people are actually cheating the game. Not for this bull. Grow up.
