the preview article on yahoo that was up before the game said ryan drese was starting to be followed by chan ho park tommorow.

Just found it...
Manager Buck Showalter will flip Ryan Drese and Chan Ho Park in the starting rotation next week.
Showalter said he does not want to give a sinkerballer like Drese, who has followed Park in the rotation, too much rest. Drese is to start Tuesday night against Tampa Bay on six days' rest and Park is to be on the mound Wednesday.

Dammit. Looked at the news for Park but not Drese...it was listed under Drese.
