Today I started Wood and Wells. Two losses were nothing compared to my hitters though.
I have Tejada, Joe Crede, and Carlos Lee. I read about Tejada leaving in the first inning after going 0-1. Then I see that the White Sox scored 15 runs- I had to get something right? Lee 0-5 no runs or rbi. Joe Crede got the day off.

My problem is pitching. Despite decent players my ERA and WHIP are astronomical (although Mr. Riske didn't me much there.) The real problem is that when I bench my pitcher they have solid games (i.e. Pineiro tonight). When I pitch them they blow.
Bluto: Over? Did you say over? NOTHING is over until WE decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? HELL, NO!
Otter: Germans?
Boon: Forget it, he's rolling.

I had Jose Guillen on the bench last week:
Ave: .500
OBP: .550
HR: 3
RBI: 7
Runs: 5
So I put him in this week....and he had to be carted off.
Put the lotion in the basket.

I put Choi in for Ensberg (moved Huff to 3b - Huff has been bad luck by himself...) and Choi has gone 2/13 with no runs, 7K's, and 1 RBI and Ensberg has gone 5/10 with 3 runs, 3 RBI, and 2 SB.
I love it...
So I finally put Ensberg back in today which means he'll surely get benched for Lamb. I never would have benched him if it wasn't for Jimy Willaims who keeps starting Lamb. I can't afford to keep getting behind on games played.
