The season is far from over....(there's still hope Jackal )
True. There's still plenty of season left. This was just a polite pointing out to those who were bragging a couple of weeks ago when Loaiza was 3-0 after a complete game shutout against Tampa Bay . There were a couple of threads about it. Now that he's back to being normal again, there hasn't been a word. Jackal was here and posted yesterday without updating his sig from Loaiza's outing on Sunday. Doesn't do any good to avoid it.
A couple of other things too. Loaiza gets worse as the season progresses (even last year), so I'm curious to see who has changed their minds about him. Also, k rate increasing in the second half last year was a big sticking point for some of his supporters as to why he would do well this year, even though the rest of his numbers got worse. He's at 4.2 K's per 9 right now . Just curious as to people's thoughts.

Someone will have a feast.
I'm not worried,
Not in the itty bitty least.

Thanx to Mad, I am also a Loaiza non believer. Still lots of time left, but he isnt nearly the same so far. That 4-1 record is inflated by some nice run suppport.
His K's are weay down from 2003, his BB are way up.

Actually, he's 4-2, not 4-1.
Good point about the walks . 22 K's and 16 BB's in 47.2 innings.
Hang on a sec...................Nevermind. Thought I heard a cricket.

BTW: "gone" doesn't rhyme with "done" just because they are similarly written. Don't quit your day job
does goon rhyme with dunn?
Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll drown because you forgot to teach him to swim.
