HELP WITH SIG PLEASE

I'm wondering if someone can help me. While it isn't baseball related, it is hockey and hot chick related. It involves tweaking an existing image. Here it is:



What I'd like to have done, if possible, is change the text to "Let's go, Flyers!!". I would also like to throw a Flyers jersey on her (I have 1 that might work). Finally, I would like the background to be either black, white, or orange. Since I have no idea how difficult this might be, please let me know if this is too much.

I'm not really sure how this would be possible. I could probably duplicate the text and make it say what you want and look similar. I could probably change the bg color np. I don't know how the heck to get the different jersey on her though. I could probably do it, I can't guarantee how it would look, but I would try. The biggest thing is how does the jersey pick you have compare the how the current jersey is?

If it'll help, I don't care if you wanna just change her jersey to all orange. You can't see much of the actual jersey anyway. Plus, if you're looking at the jersey, then you have bigger fish to dry.

Maybe an orange jersey, white background, and black text?? Simple is fine but I thank you for even thinking about helping.

OK, as I thought the hardest part was getting the jersey to change colors. I tried coloring it in but that didn't look so hot. Here's the best I could get it:


I added some effect on the text so it didn't look quit so blah.
