i actually wrote down kerry wood's name first before any other pitcher, but then i thought he was too old and deleted it. but, you are right...born june 16, 1977.

Yes. Beckett is good, but he's no where near Barry Zito.
I'd also take Kim out of the third tier and put Eaton and Horacio Ramirez in. HoRam is pitching good this year, he has a 2.75 ERA and 0 wins, all because of terrible run support and luck.

Do you mean that Beckett is much better or much worse than Zito?? I personally think he's much much much better. IMO, Zito isn't close to Beckett. From a fantasy perspective, Beckett's Ks are priceless.
Zambrano has gotta be pushing tier 1 this year. Look at his stats. He had one bad game against Arizona or else he would have an ERA under like 1.5 in 41.1 innings pitched he has 3 wins, 35 strikeouts, 2.18 ERA and a .99 (!!) WHIP. And hes only 23. Also Kerry Wood is top tier, hes only 26 (27 soon)

I shouldn't even say anything but..
I shouldn't of said Beckett is much worse than Zito because he isn't, but he still isn't as good as Zito.
Beckett has an edge in Ks over Zito, but he is still as overhyped and overrated as you can get.
If you want to debate Beckett vs Zito with me, let's do it elsewhere, I don't want to derail this topic.

can i downgrade byung kim after tonights performance. i mean this guy must have an identical twin that is a great pitcher who shows up to pitch every now and then.
