hehe, gotta love scooping up the gems other people drop because they're too impatient. I've put together a pretty nice group of players so far this year just from other people's discards. One man's trash.........

sh*t
my eardrums popped when I read this post.
great. take the underperforming, poor lineup leading off for injured shortstop.
Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll drown because you forgot to teach him to swim.

exactly, i've been playing the shortstop merry-go-round... i started out with berroa went to cintron then everett then derosa then back to everett and now wilson... now i can drop wilson and not really have to worry about my ss while nomah's gone...

then maybe i can trade one of em off IF nomar ever does return...

I wouldn't waste a #1 prority on Furcal. I think that better players will come along as Managers will become impatient with their struggling players.

I disagree. If you are in an experienced league with at least 10 teams, Furcal is exactly the player you grab with #1 priority. I mean, who else would you wait for?
