The official scorer in Boston has been brutal this series. I've seen three hits that were charged as errors plus Relaford getting charged to Wakefield as an earned run yesterday. Looked to me like this was a pretty lenient inside the parker, could have easily been a double with a two-base error on Gonzalez.

I like Pokey a ton. He's a very positive guy to have on the team and he only cost $1 million. Did anyone read the article about how his fiancee and mother of his 3 month old daughter was killed in a car crash two weeks into Pokey's first spring training?
