Who has the most potential to put up good numbers this season?

Flip a coin.
I love Harden, but he needs to develop another pitch or 2. Perez has nasty stuff, but plays for Pittsburg and is higher up in the rotation. That means he faces better opposing pitchers. Which could mean even with quality outings he may not see as many wins. Since Harden is lower in the rotation I gotta go with him.
Harden.

Oliver Perez. Every batter whose faced him is saying the man is a total stud. I will trust guys who have been blown away by him more than any fantasy expert.

I would also go with Oliver Perez, when you hear people like Barry Bonds calling him a stud and saying he's the best left hand pitcher that he has ever faced, I think you would have to say Oliver Perez.

Perez. He is already developing into a stud and has much more major league experience than Harden. I don't think Harden will really begin to emerge until next year.

They are comprable but I'd take Perez. His whip and K/BB are off the charts.
