You dont grab a guy whose doing really good right now. Try and find a struggler and get a good value for him.

that's the best advice - go try to grab aubrey huff if you are looking for a 3b that is underperforming...plus he's eligible at 3rd, 1st, and OF - ;-D

that's what i did (gave up biddle and a recently acquired valverde for him - i have plenty of closers and they always turn up anyway)

Forgot about A-Rod being a 3B, I always do, I would say the top 5 3B are.

1. A-Rod
2. Rolen
3. Hanky Blalock
4. Troy Glaus
5. Chavez or Beltre, toss up

Rolen Chavez and Lowell will produce the most this year. End of the discussion. :-D

If i where you id try going for Aubrey Huff. Thats the only one of that list that you could get without having to give away a keeper

Wow, can't say I agree with this list at all.

1. A-Rod
2. Chavez
3. Rolen (don't let hot start influence you too much)
4. Glaus (great power)
5. Lowell (contingent on his health)

3b is a very deep position this year and there are plenty of great values like burroughs, crede, hinske. I think Blalock is a bit overvalued for my liking.

Seriously, no respect for Lowell. Id put him over Glaus and Chavez
