so I got interested, and looked up how many Whitehot has actually replied to, and the only one he replied to was on April 30, and that was the only one. Good job, now I get to be the dik
A possibly alternative to venting is posting the link to the recent thread.
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

So your scientific search involved just posts with Madson in the title? How about looking at the Myers' threads that turned into Madson threads? How about looking at Phillies' threads?
This is my last post in this thread (which has gone out of control). I'm not going to respond to the childs calling people "diks" and "posers."
Yes having the NL best starting ERA of 3.27 is terrible. Myers is no closer to be dropped then he was a a week ago. He looked much better in his last start, is still a few more bad starts away from being dropped. Also Phils need Madson in their pen, too valuable in his role at the moment especially with Hernandez out (which is a good thing).
"The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that Brett Myers has been told that if he doesn't show some improvement in his next start Tuesday, he could not only lose his spot in the rotation, but he could find himself in the minors. He currently has a 7.36 ERA in three starts."
That was before his terrible (or "good" in your words) start, in which he gave up 10 hits in 5 IP.
His days are numbered. He is not as good as people thought he would be.
"Jack, will you call me, if you're able?"
"I've got your phone number written, in the back of my Bible."
