Please help me rate this team

Fairly new to fantasy baseball, actually first full season. Please, give me some suggestions of who to keep and/or move. Here is who I have...right now I am in 4th place in my league:


C - J. Estrada
1 - S. Casey
2 - B. Roberts
SS - J. Lugo (N. Garciaparra on DL)
3B - M. Lowell & A. Beltre
OF - C. Figgins, M. Lawton, L. Nix, R. White, V. Wells, C. Floyd (DL)


SP - R. Johnson, T. Glavine, J. Lieber, A. Pettite, G. Maddux
RP - J. Isringhausen, J. Valverde, R. Betancourt, T. Hoffman, B. Wagner

My hitting numbers are near the bottom in everything but average, but my pitching is among the best. I just traded M. Herges in order to get V. Wells.

But besides that, holy crap, trade a closer...or two. You definitely don't need that many closers. Also, trade Beltre while he's hot. Look for an upgrade at C, 1B, 2B, and OF.

I would look at trading Roberts while he's hot and before Hairston gets back. I think Herges for Wells was a great deal. I would ride Casey for a while and see how tha goes. There are worse options then Estrada at C. As Pedantic says trade Beltre while he's hot, with Casey if you dont like him. Figgins is a decent stopgap in the OF right now, but your weak point is the OF, I would hold onto Floyd and Wells, and see what I could get for the others.

Trade Glavine before he blows all the way up. I would trade Randy Johnson while he's this high also. Hold onto Lieber, Pettitte, and Maddux. Maybe move another RP for another SP. I would move Hoffman myself out of those.
