I was waiting for him to heat up. Do you think he'll continue belting 'em? He is Griffey! Last year he was on fire until he got injured, and this year he's not injured (yet?) and he's not on fire (yet?). I don't get it. Maybe he's matured and realized that he has to take it slow the first month or so, to make sure he doesn't get injured, then he'll proceed to hit 50 homers. Is it just wishful thinking?

defiantly wishful thinking to think he will hit 50. he is not in his 20's anymore. earlier this season he has been opening up when he swung, he's been trying to fix it and maybe this game shows that he has fixed it or it's getting better. if he stays healthy he should have a good season but i don't think you will see what he used to do in his prime at all. think more like 30 hr's.
