also remember that with Cabrera he'll lose hi 3B eligibility next season so his value drops a lil bit. it seems like you're only concentrating on the pros of your players only but we all do that when we try to analyze our own trades so thats cool.

in a keeper id value Beckett prolly almost the same as Vaz... and like you said if hes traded or marlins can put together a better offense his value will go up. other than that, Beckett can only be better than Vazquez down the road so you dont lose that part of the deal. Aramis is a more than just a decent replacement for Cabrera. Delgado who you know is gonna be a premiere 1B for the next few years makes this worth it for you, especially if you're looking only at the next 3-4 years.
